AND I'M PARTICULARLY GLAD THE PART YOU PUT IN THERE ABOUT HOW WE INCREASE THE DAYTIME POPULATION OF BURLESON AND GET PEOPLE OFF 35 AND WORKING BETWEEN HOME AND WORK. WE'VE MADE BIG IMPROVEMENTS IN CREATING BURLESON, RECREATING BURLESON INTO A NUCLEAR CITY, A CITY THAT HAS JOBS ENTERTAINMENT OPPORTUNITIES, RETAIL DINING OPPORTUNITIES, BECAUSE THE BIGGER WE GET, THE MORE LIKELY WE ARE TO BUILD OURSELVES INTO A SELF-SUSTAINING MID-SIZE COMMUNITY. AND THAT'S, THAT'S THE BEST OF WORLDS AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED. WE CAN AVOID THE URBAN CLUTTER AND THE URBAN STRAIN AND STRESS, MAINTAIN A SMALL TOWN ATMOSPHERE, AND DO IT SUCCESSFULLY ECONOMICALLY SPEAKING. THE ONLY PIECE THAT'S NOT IN THE PUZZLE THAT I CAN SEE AND THAT'S WORKFORCE HOUSING. AND I KNOW THAT'S NOT PART OF YOUR DISCUSSION TONIGHT, BUT I THINK IT'S PART OF A BIG PICTURE IDEA THAT WE NEED TO ADDRESS GOING FORWARD, THAT THERE NEEDS TO BE HOUSING IN THIS COMMUNITY FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE PERFORMING THE JOBS THAT WE'RE CREATING IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK. IF WE DON'T HAVE THEM, IF WE DON'T HAVE THAT TO OFFER, THEN I FEEL LIKE WE'VE PUSHED A LONG WAY AND WE'VE DONE A LOT OF GREAT THINGS, BUT WE COULD HAVE DONE JUST ONE MORE THING AND THAT.
