FROM DEFAULT A, AGRICULTURAL ZONING DISTRICT TO PD PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ZONING DISTRICT, MAKING THIS ORDINANCE CUMULATIVE OF PRIOR ORDINANCES, PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE, PROVIDING A PENALTY CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

IT'S SUBJECT TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AS WELL AS PRIOR ZONING HEARINGS THAT YOU'VE HEARD.

SO THIS IS A LOCATION ON YOUR SCREEN. YOU KIND OF SEE THAT GENERAL AREA HIGHLIGHTED IN BLUE.

SO AS I MENTIONED THIS IS FOR THE CHISHOLM SUMMIT PD.

THERE'S ALSO A CONCURRENT ANNEXATION THAT WILL MEET UP WITH THIS ZONING REQUEST AT CITY COUNCIL.

SO THE AREA C THAT YOU SEE ON THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN AREAS, THAT IS THE CURRENT AREA THAT WE ARE DISCUSSING THIS EVENING AND THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN , IT'S DESIGNATED AS A PRIMARILY NEIGHBORHOODS.

AND THE ZONING CURRENTLY IS ETJ. AND IT DEFAULTS TO AGRICULTURAL ZONING UPON ANNEXATION.

SO THIS ZONING REQUEST IS SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE ANNEXATION SO THAT WE DON'T HAVE TO COME BACK AFTERWARDS.

THIS IS JUST AN OVERVIEW OF THE CHISHOLM SUMMIT PD.

SO ESSENTIALLY THIS ZONING DOCUMENT, THESE STANDARDS ARE THE EXACT SAME ONES THAT YOU'VE SEEN ON THE PREVIOUS PARCELS THAT WE'VE ZONED.

WE JUST HAVE TO READOPT THEM FOR HAVE PUBLIC HEARINGS AND CONSIDER READOPTING THEM FOR EACH SECTION.

SO THIS KIND OF JUST GIVES YOU A BRIEF OVERVIEW.

AS I MENTIONED NOTHING HAS CHANGED. IT'S A CUT AND PASTE.
