SO THIS PD HAS STANDARDS THAT THEY HAVE TO ADHERE TO, BUT THE STANDARDS ARE ALREADY MET. WHERE THEY'RE GOING TO PUT IT. SO BUT WE PUT THESE IN HERE JUST EXTRA PROTECTION IN CASE THERE'S A LAST MINUTE CHANGE TO MOVE IT TO SOMEWHERE ELSE. SO THEY HAVE TO MEET THE 2 TO 1 HEIGHT SETBACK RATIO FROM RESIDENTIAL 200FT, ESSENTIALLY THE FALL ZONE WHICH THEY MEET AT THIS SITE. SO THAT KIND OF, YOU KNOW, IS IN LINE WITH WHAT THEY'VE PROPOSED IN THE ZONING. BASED OFF THE PROPOSAL MEETING OUR CURRENT ANTENNA STANDARDS THAT WE HAVE IN PLACE AND OUR ANTENNA SECTIONS OF THE CODE, AS FAR AS THE HEIGHT SETBACKS, THE NUMBER OF TOWERS.
