1. Consider approval of the minutes from the September 11, 2019 4B meeting. (Staff contact: Amanda Campos)

2. Hold a public hearing and consider approval of a resolution adopting the redevelopment and improvement of six specific State Highway 174 medians located in the city limits as a project under the Texas Development Corporation Act and determining that such project would promote or develop new or expanded business enterprises that create or retain primary jobs in the City of Burleson. (Staff Presenter: Marc Marchand, Director of Recreation and Lifelong Learning) (Part 1 of 2)

3. Executive Session

A. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, Sec. 551.071, Sec. 551-072 and Sec. 551.087. Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporated here in. Executive Session may be held, under these exceptions, at any time during the meeting that a need arises for the Type B Board of Directors to seek advice from the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Type B meeting. Reconvene into open session for possible action resulting from any items posted and legally discussed in Executive Session.
