2. Consider approval of minutes from the February 13, 2020 Finance & Internal Services Council Committee meeting. (Staff Presenter: Amanda Campos, City Secretary)

3. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and provide staff direction regarding costs incurred related to COVID-19 and the potential application for grant funds.

4. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and provide staff direction regarding options, costs, and service impacts associated with reopening recreation programs which have been closed or postponed due to COVID-19.

5. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and provide staff direction on the capital improvement program, general obligation debt service fund financial projections, and planned debt issuance for FY 2020.
