1. Meeting Speaker Protcol in response to COVID-19: A member of the public who would like to submit a question on any item listed on this agenda may do so via the following options: Online. An online speaker card may be found on the city's website (www.burlesontx.com) at either the home page or the agenda/notices page. Speaker cards received will be read during the meeting in the order received by the Chairman. By phone. Please call 888-475-4499 Meeting ID 6114974473, and provide your name, address and question. Your question will be read by the Chairman during the meeting in the order they are received

2. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendations.

A. Approve the minutes from August 25, 2020 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.

B. Replat for Original Town of Burleson Lot 1R and 2R, Block 65, addressed as 348 and 360 S. Dobson Street, located south of the intersection of S. Commerce Street and S. Dobson Street within the City of Burleson. (Case 20-060)
