2. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendations.

A. Approve the minutes from June 22, 2021 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.

B. Replat of Wolfe Estates Lots 1R-1 and 1R-2, addressed as 10016 CR 1016 located northeast of the intersection of County Road 919 and County Road 1016 (Case 21-013).

C. Final Plat of Mountain Valley Lake Tr. D Phase 2, Lots 23-30, Open Space Lot 31X, Lots 32-55, Block 55, Lots 1-10, Open Space Lot 11X, Lots 12-41, Open Space Lot 42X, Block 35, located at the intersection of Clubhouse Drive and Streamside Court within the City of Burleson (Case 21-027) (Staff Contact Jennifer Pruitt, Development Services Interim Director) ( The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval unanimously)

3. Public Hearing

A. Wolfe Estates located at 10016 CR 1016 (Case 21-060): Hold a public hearing and consider a zone change request from A, Agricultural district to SFE, Single-family estate district for a 2.5 acre site.

4. Reports and Presentations

A. American National Bank located at 301 SW Wilshire Blvd (Case 21-074): Consider a Commercial Site Plan for a bank.

B. All State Properties located at 2004 FM 917. (Case 20-124): Consider a Commercial Site Plan request for All State Properties for a 1,800 square foot building addition to an existing convenience store(c-store).
