2. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendations.
A. Hunter Place located at 1525 Houston Road and 1365 E. Renfro Street (Case 21-058): Hold a public hearing and consider a zone change from A, Agricultural district to SF7, Single-family dwelling district-7 for three properties totaling approximately 7.2 acres.
B. 204, 208 and 216 S. Main Street (Case 20-086): Hold a public hearing and consider a zone change request from 2F, Two-Family dwelling district and SF7, Single Family dwelling district-7 to CC, Central Commercial district.
A. 801 and 833 E. Renfro Street located at the intersection of E. Renfro Street and S. Hurst Drive (Case 19-085): Consider a site plan for a convenience store with fuel sales within the Centennial Village Development.
B. McNairn Plaza located at 830, 832, and 826 SW Wilshire Blvd (Case 21-050): Consider a Site Plan with four lots containing three restaurants and one retail building within the McNairn Plaza development.
C. Silo MIlls revised Preliminary Plat located at the southwest corner of the intersection of FM 917 and CR 1017 in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of Burleson (Case 21-057): Consider a revised preliminary Plat for Silo Mills.
D. Receive a report on the status of the Zoning Code Update project.
