REGULAR SESSION – 6:30 PM Call to Order Invocation Pledge of Allegiance

1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.

A. Approve the minutes from July 16, 2019 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

B. Consider a Site Plan for an expansion of Faith to Faith Ministries Church addressed as 336 SW Rand St. (Case 19-055)

2. Public Hearing

A. Public Hearing and consideration of a Replat of Lots 2R1 and 2R2, Block 1, Wells Acres, located near the intersection of CR 803 and CR 706 addressed as 5200 CR 803 within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Burleson (Case 19-049)

B. Public Hearing and consideration of a Replat of Lot 19R, Block 2, Space Acres, located on the west side of the Chisholm Trail Parkway addressed as 7416 Skylark Ct. within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Burleson (Case 19-045)

C. Public Hearing and Consideration of a request for a SP-Site Plan Zoning District for a proposed Cigar Bar and Lounge on approximately 1.5 acres at 236 Lot Street located at the intersection of Loy Street and E. Renfro Street. (Case 19-044)

D. Public Hearing and consideration of a Replat of Lots 1R, 1RA, 2R, 2RA and 5R, Block 2, Bent Oaks located east of I-35, addressed as 2724, 2723 and 2738 Bent Oaks Dr. within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Burleson (Case 19-059)

E. Public Hearing and consideration of an ordinance for rezoning from MF1-Multiple-Family Zoning District to PD-Planned Development Zoning District (Case 19-058) and consideration of an associated Site Plan for a multi-family development addressed as 749 Ridgehill Drive. (Case 19-057)
