REGULAR SESSION - 6:30 PM Call to Order Invocation Pledge of Allegiance

1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendations.

A. Approve the minutes from May 21, 2019 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

2. Public Hearing

A. Public Hearing and consideration of a Replat of Reed Parke, Lot 1R-1A, Block 6R of Reed Parke, Lot 1R-1, Block 6R. (Case 19-039) A request was made from the applicant to continue item 2A until the July 2, 2019 meeting.

B. Public Hearing and consideration of a Replat of Lots 1A and 1R, Block 1, McDonald Subdivision, located on the east side of I-35 on the corner of Cliffwood Dr. and FM 917 within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Burleson (Case 19-034).

C. Public Hearing and consideration of a Replat of Lot 1R-1 and Lot 20R, Block 15, Blackberry Springs Phase 4, located west of the Chisholm Trail Pkwy and north of FM 917 within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Burleson (Case 18-127).

WORK SESSION - 6:30 PM

1. Receive a report and hold a discussion regarding a contract with Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc. for consulting services related to temporarily filling the Planning Manager position and providing additional professional planning services.

3. Other Items for Consideration

A. Discussion of amendments to the City of Burleson Code of Ordinances, Appendix B, Zoning regulations and Chapter 14, Food and Food Establishments relevant to the location and operation of food trucks and food truck parks.
