1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.

A. Approve the minutes from March 5, 2019 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

2. Public Hearing

A. Public Hearing and consideration of a Preliminary Plat of Legacy Oaks with associated waivers to Appendix A, Subdivision and Development Ordinance located in the 3500 Block of E. Renfro St. north of County Road 604 within the City’s Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) (Case 18-116)

3. Other Items for Consideration

A. Site Plan with an associated waiver to the Burleson Old Town Design Standards for Dr. Cholleti's Offices addressed as 121 NW Ellison St. (Case 19-007)

B. Architectural Compatibility of a Multi-Family Development within the Shannon Creek Development generally located off of SW Hulen St. and Candler Dr. (Case 18-164)
