1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.

A. Approve the minutes from February 19, 2019 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

2. Public Hearing

A. Public Hearing and consideration of a Preliminary Plat of Legacy Oaks with associated waivers to Appendix A, Subdivision and Development Ordinance located in the 3500 Block of E. Renfro St. north of County Road 604 within the City’s Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) (Case 18-116) A request has been received from the applicant to table this item to a future meeting. Notices shall be sent to the adjoining property owners within 200 feet of each property boundary prior to the meeting.

A. Site Plan for a Multi-Family Development within the Shannon Creek Development generally located off of SW Hulen St. and Candler Dr. (Case 18-164)

B. Preliminary Plat (Case 18-162) for the Shannon Creek Development containing 80.295 acres of land and a Final Plat (Case 18-163) of Lots 1-3 and 6, Block 1, Shannon Creek Development generally located off of SW Hulen St. and Candler Rd.

C. Site Plan and Landscape Plan Amendment for Golden State Foods located at 5601 Vantage Dr. (Case 19-015)
