1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.
A. Public Hearing and consideration for a Specific Use Permit to allow for U-Haul rental at 1465 E. Renfro St. (Case 18-150).
B. Public Hearing and consideration of a Replat of Lots 1-3, Block 1, The Willis Subdivision, located at the southwest corner of Trail Tree Ct. and CR 528 within the City of Burleson's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) (Case 18-157).
C. Public Hearing and consideration of a Replat of Lot 3R, Block 2, Brown's Mountain Estates located at 117 S.W. Brushy Mound Dr. (Case 18-156)
D. Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance for a zoning change request from A, Agricultural zoning district to SP, Site Plan zoning district (Case 18-153) and a Commercial Site Plan (Case 18-155) for an electrical substation for property addressed as 3180 S. Burleson Blvd.
A. Commercial Site Plan for Ciera Bank addressed as 100 S. Dobson St., with associated waivers to Appendix C, Old Town Design Standards. (Case 18-119).
