REGULAR SESSION – 6:30 PM Call to Order Invocation Pledge of Allegiance

1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.

A. Approve the minutes from October 2, 2018 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

C. Public Hearing and consideration of a zoning change for a PD, Planned Development zoning district for approximately 80 acres of land addressed as 2140 Candler Dr. (Case 18-084).

A. Public Hearing and consideration of a waiver to Resolution R-1175-10 to Appendix A, Subdivision and Development Ordinance for alternate pavement material for Toyota of Burleson located at 1554 E. Renfro St. (Case 18-123).

B. Public Hearing and Consideration of a request for a PD, Planned Development zoning district on 34.49 acres located at 275 County Road 714 (Case 18-122).

A. Site Plan for the Mayor Vera Calvin Plaza in Old Town located at 141 W. Renfro St. between S. Warren St. and S. Wilson St. (Case 18-111)
