REGULAR SESSION – 6:30 PM Call to Order Invocation Pledge of Allegiance
1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.
A. Public hearing and consideration of a Replat of Lot 1, Block 1, Cirone Addition located on County Road 530B approximately 2,200 feet east of S. Burleson Blvd. in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Burleson (Case 18-102).
B. Public hearing and consideration for a Specific Use Permit (SUP) (Case 18-110) to allow for tool rental and associated waiver to Resolution R-1175-10 to Appendix A, Subdivision and Development Ordinance, for alternate pavement material for Sunbelt Rentals located at 400 and 406 NE Wilshire Blvd. (Case 18-088).
