REGULAR SESSION – 6:30 PM Call to Order Invocation Pledge of Allegiance

1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.

A. Approve the minutes from August 21, 2018 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

B. Final Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1 Bishop's Addition located 1312 Apache Ct. within the City of Burleson's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) (Case 18-095)

2. Public Hearing

A. Public Hearing and consideration of a Replat of Lot 11A, Scott Acres Addition, located on Lovie Thomas Ln. approximately 408 ft. south of Houston Rd. (Case 18-081)

B. Public Hearing and consideration of a revision to Ordinance C-669-10, SP, Site Plan Zoning District (Case 18-097) and consideration of a Commercial Site Plan Amendment (Case 18-096) for Lot 3, Block 1, Texas Health Resources located at 2730 SW Wilshire Blvd.

C. Public Hearing and Consideration of a Waiver to Resolution R-1175-10 to Appendix A, Subdivision and Development Ordinance for alternate pavement material for Sunbelt Rentals located at 400 and 406 NE Wilshire Blvd. (Case 18-088) The applicant has requested to table this item to the September 18, 20158 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

D. Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance for a zoning change request from SF-10, Single-family 10 zoning district to GR, General Retail zoning district for property addressed as 801 and 833 E. Renfro St. (Case 18-091)

3. Other Items for Consideration

A. Consideration of a Site Plan for Burleson High School, located at 100 Elk Dr., with associated waivers to Chapter 10, Masonry Construction Standards; Chapter 36, Fencing and Screening; Chapter 86, Landscaping, Vegetation, Trees; and Appendix A, Subdivision and Development Ordinance, at is relates to sidewalk requirements (Case 018-098)
