REGULAR SESSION – 6:30 PM Call to Order Invocation Pledge of Allegiance

1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.

A. Approve the minutes from July 17, 2018 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

B. Final Plat of Lots 1-6, Block 1, Red Bird Woods Addition located at the intersection of FM 917 and CR 1017 within the City of Burleson's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction. (Case 18-077)

C. Final Plat of Veridian Point, located north of E. Bethesda Rd. and southeast of Plantation Dr. within the City of Burleson's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (Case 18-079)

D. Final Plat of Highland Oaks Addition, Phase 2 located at the terminus of Highland Oaks Ln., south of CR 707 within the City of Burleson's Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (Case 18-078)

E. Final Plat of Hidden Vistas, Phase 9 located south of Hidden Vistas Blvd. and east of Big Horn Dr. (Case 18-053).

3. Other Items for Consideration

A. Consideration of a Commercial Site Plan for Orscheln's Farm & Home located to the southwest of Commons Dr. approximately 300 feet east of SW Wilshire Blvd. (Case 18-076)

2. Public Hearing

A. Public Hearing and consideration of an Ordinance for a zoning change request from A, Agricultural zoning district to C, Commericial zoning district for property addressed as 2000 W FM 917, at the intersection with FM 1902 (Case 18-073)

B. Public hearing and consideration of a request to amend Bluebird Meadows Planned Development Ordinance D-047, for Phases 2-5 (Case 17-119)
