REGULAR SESSION – 6:30 PM Call to Order Invocation Pledge of Allegiance
1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.
A. Consideration of a Site Plan for Hughes Middle School, located at 316 SW Thomas Street, with associated waivers to Chapter 36, Fencing and Screening; Chapter 86, Landscaping, Vegetation and Trees; and Appendix A, Subdivision and Development Ordinance as it relates to sidewalk requirements within the City of Burleson’s Code of Ordinances (Case 18-026)
B. Public Hearing and Consideration of a request for the revised Planned Development Ordinance CSO# 608-03-2017 (Case 18-029), consideration of a revised Preliminary Plat (Case 17-111), and public hearing and consideration of a replat for Phase 3C (Case 17-090) for Hidden Vistas located off of Hidden Vistas Blvd. south of W. Hidden Creek Pkwy. within the City of Burleson.
5. Citizen Appearance (Citizens who have signed a card to speak to the Commission will be heard at this time. In compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, unless the subject matter of the presentation is on the agenda, the city staff and Planning and Zoning Commission members are prevented from discussion of the subject and may respond only with statements of factual information or existing city policy. Public comment will not be taken on items that the Commission has previously considered in a public hearing.)
