REGULAR SESSION – 6:30 PM Call to Order Invocation Pledge of Allegiance

1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.

A. Approve the minutes from March 13, 2018 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

2. Public Hearing

A. Consideration of a request for a zoning change from GR, General Retail Zoning district to PD, Planned Development Zoning district on a portion of Abstract 548, Tract 6 within the J Minett Survey, and a Final Plat encompassing approximately 6.00 acres of land located to the southwest of Commons Drive approximately 300 feet east of SW Wilshire Blvd. within the City of Burleson (Case 17-129 and Case 18-015)

B. Consideration of a request for a zoning change from A, Agricultural zoning district to PD, Planned Development zoning district on Lots 1-3, Spring Valley located at property addressed as 3532 and 3550 S Burleson Blvd. and located near the intersection of S. Burleson Blvd. and N County Road 810 within the City of Burleson (18-018)

3. Other Items for Consideration

A. Vacating Plat of Shannon Creek Estates, Phase 1 and Final Plat of Reverie, Phase 1 located within the City of Burleson (Case 18-017 and 18-007)

B. Final Plat of Bluebird Meadows, Ph 3-5, located off of FM 1902 and County Road 910 within the City of Burleson (Case 17-053)
