1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.

B. Consideration of a request for a zoning change from A, Agricultural zoning district to PD, Planned Development zoning district on Lots 1-3, Spring Valley located at property addressed as 3532 and 3550 S Burleson Blvd. and located near the intersection of S. Burleson Blvd. and N County Road 810 within the City of Burleson (18-018)
A. Vacating Plat of Shannon Creek Estates, Phase 1 and Final Plat of Reverie, Phase 1 located within the City of Burleson (Case 18-017 and 18-007)
B. Final Plat of Bluebird Meadows, Ph 3-5, located off of FM 1902 and County Road 910 within the City of Burleson (Case 17-053)
