REGULAR SESSION – 6:30 PM Call to Order Invocation Pledge of Allegiance

1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.

A. Approve the minutes from February 13, 2018 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

B. Final Plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Britton Addition located off of Country Road 528 and near Trail Tree Ct. within the City's ETJ (Case 18-022)

2. Public Hearing

A. Public hearing and consideration of a zoning change request from SF7, Single Family- 7 dwelling district to SP, Site Plan district to allow for a single-family residence and Montessori school on one tract of land located at 450 S. Dobson St. (Case 18-014)

A. Approval of a Commercial Site Plan for a new building on approximately 0.357 acres of land located at 309 NW Renfro St. near the intersection of Wilshire Blvd and NW Renfro St. within the City of Burleson, Texas (Case 18-016).

B. Consideration of a Final Plat and Commercial Site Plan with an associated masonry waiver for a new middle school on approximately 41.752 acres located at the intersection of Hidden Creek Parkway and proposed Arrowwood Drive, approximately 2,000 feet west of the intersection of Hidden Creek Parkway and E. Renfro Street within the City of Burleson (Case 17-143 and 17-144).
