REGULAR SESSION - 5:45 PM Call to Order Invocation Pledge of Allegiance

1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.

A. Approve the minutes from October 10, 2017 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

B. Replat of Lot 1R1A, Block 5, Highpoint Business Park within the City of Burleson. (Case 17-110)

C. Final Plat of Pinnacle Estates, Phase 2 located within the City of Burleson (Case 17-095)

3. Other Items for Consideration

A. Commercial Site Plan approval for a 7,949 square foot building for Texas First Rentals to be constructed within the Highpoint Business Park East, generally located near the intersection of Forgotten Lane and IH35, City of Burleson, Johnson County, Texas. (Case 17-085)

B. Commercial Site Plan approval for a 11,346 square foot addition to Lifegate Church located at 601 SW Thomas, City of Burleson, Johnson County, Texas. (Case 17-096)

C. Commercial Site Plan and Shopping Center Sign Plan approval for the Standard at Chisenhall generally located west of the intersection of Hidden Vistas Blvd and Hidden Creek Pkwy, City of Burleson, Johnson County, Texas. (Case 17-094)

2. Public Hearing

A. Public Hearing and consideration of a zoning change request on a portion of property located at 1051 S. Dobson St., proposed as Lots 2-4, Anson Farms (Case 17-104) and consideration of a Minor Plat of Lots 1-4, Anson Farms, within the City of Burleson (Case 17-100)
