1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.
A. Public hearing and consideration of a request for a specific use permit to allow for "auto glass shop" (automotive window tinting) at 145 NW Hillery St., located within the Old Town Overlay District within the City of Burleson (Case 17-029)
B. Public hearing and Consideration of a zoning change from Planned Development Ordinance 254-06-2015 to Planned Development with a base district of MF-2 with Multi-Family Design Standards on Tract 2, Reed Parke, containing approximately 13 acres of land located within the BBB & CRR Survey, Abstract No. 98, and located off of SE John Jones Dr. (Case 17-027)
A. Commercial Site Plan for a 6,681 SF retail and restaurant building to be located along Jones Jones Dr, just south of CVS Pharmacy. (Case 17-035)
B. Commercial Site Plan for Whataburger for a 3,583 SF drive thru restaurant to be located at 547 SW Wilshire Blvd. (Case 17-034)
