1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.
A. Public hearing and Consideration of an amendment to Hidden Vistas Planned Development zoning ordinance 237-04-2015 to allow the use of a child care center on Tract A-1 containing approximately 7.30 acres of land situated in the Thomas Chandler Survey, Abstract No. 127, and located off of W Hidden Creek Pkwy, City of Burleson, Johnson County, Texas. B. Public hearing and consideration of a zoning change request from "GR" General Retail District to "PD" Planned Development District for a mix of retail, office and self-storage units on approximately 7.75 acres of land situated in the H.G. Catlett Survey, Abstract No. 181, and located along John Jones Dr, approximately 1,000 ft south of the intersection of Alsbury Rd, City of Burleson, Johnson County, Texas. (Case 16-127)
