1. Consent Agenda All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of the items unless a Commissioner or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence. Approval of the consent agenda authorizes the Development Services Director to place each item on the City Council agenda in accordance with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendations.

C. Final Plat of Lot 2X, Block 21, Villages Of Wakefield within the City of Burleson (Case 16-070)

A. Public Hearing and consideration of a zoning change request on approximately 4.85 acres of land, addressed as 1340 Fox Ln within the City of Burleson, from Agricultural (A) District to Single-Family Estate (SFE) District (Case 16-078)

3. Other Items for Consideration

A. Commercial Site Plan for an approximate 5,000 SF medical office building to be located at the southwest corner of NW John Jones Dr and Hillside Dr, within the City of Burleson (Case 16-071)
