A. Consider approval and renewal of Mayor Shetter's Order of Local Disaster regarding the 2019 Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). (Staff Presenter: K. T. Freeman, Fire Chief) (Part 1 of 2)

B. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding a potential community park. (Staff Presenter: Marc Marchand, Director of Recreation & Lifelong Learning)

2. RECESS INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Council reserves the right to convene in Executive Session(s), from time to time as deemed necessary during this meeting for any posted agenda item, to receive advice from its attorney as permitted by law. Pending or Contemplated Litigation or to Seek the Advice of the City Attorney Pursuant to Section 551.071 Discussion Regarding Possible Purchase, Exchange, Lease, or Value of Real Property Pursuant to Section 551.072 Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding the potential purchase of real property for City park and recreation initiatives.

C. Consider approval of a minute order adopting the park capital improvement projects for fiscal year 2019-2020. (Staff Presenter: Marc Marchand)

D. Consider approval of a minute order selecting a preferred design concept for six medians on SH-174/Wilshire Boulevard between Hillery Street and Elk Drive. (Staff Presenter: Marc Marchand, Director of Recreation & Lifelong Learning)

E. Receive a report, hold a discussion, and give staff direction regarding options related to the management and oversight of the Burleson mountain bike trails. (Staff Presenter: Marc Marchand, Director of Recreation & Lifelong Learning)
