B. Consider approval of a minute order for a retail lease with Ensemble Media Group at 114 W. Ellison Street (Staff Contact: Alex Philips, Economic Development Manager)
C. Consider approval of a minute order approving an amendment to the Community Facilities Contract for Lakewood Dr. with JC Panchasarp for inclusion of Insurance required by BNSF for construction of the roadway improvements within the railroad right-of-way. (Staff Contact: Mandy Clark, Development Services Director)
D. Consider approval of a minute order for a Dedication Contract with Burleson Hidden Vistas, LP to reimburse for costs associated with a replat for Lots 5R5-5R10, Block 16 of Hidden Vistas, Phase Three C for the intent of dedication of approximately 0.890 acres to the City. (Staff Contact: Mandy Clark, Development Services Director)

A. City Council Committees This is a standing item on the agenda of every regular meeting of the Council so that the Staff and Council Committee Members may make a report to the full body of the City Council. (The City Council has established committees of the Council that meet from time-to-time to consider recommendations to forward to the full body of the City Council regarding business of the City. The committees are as follows: Appointments & Council Policies Committee; Community & Intergovernmental Relations Committee; Community Services Committee; Finance & Internal Services Committee; Governance & Stewardship Committee; Infrastructure & Development Committee; Public Safety & Court Committee. Meetings of Council Committees are public meetings posted as required by the Texas Open Meetings Act).
